Allan Levy: Public Art & Community Practice
Creating art shaped by people, place and shared stories.
Thanks again for being part of this project. We've genuinely enjoyed working with you and absolutely love the concept behind Portraits of Stratford. You've been a pleasure to collaborate with throughout: so responsive, flexible and accommodating.
Dionne Sambrook : Escape Arts
Allan created a mosaic for Fydell House that was beyond our expectations. Close up, the individual ‘Polaroid’ images are clear and distinctive; from a distance, our beautiful Queen Anne house emerges. Allan was a pleasure to work with, communicating brilliantly throughout.
Sue Morrison Trustee Boston Preservation Trust
Working with Allan on the Lincolnshire Mosaic of Freedom was a pleasure, his approach was flexible and creative, yet grounded in the realities of working with our communities, the process was inclusive, thoughtful and thorough, and the artwork resonated strongly with participants and visitors alike
